The Nervous System Reset is a restorative programme that is research-informed and evidence-based, blending grounded nervous system science and brain education with energetic, somatic and body‑based practices.

At its core, this work taps into the brain’s natural neuroplasticity – its capacity to change, rewire and form new pathways when the body feels safe enough to do so.

We weave together practices like

breathwork, qigong, acupressure, somatic therapy, inner child work, ritual, embodied practices and more.

The intention is simple, but profound: to build safety in the body so regulation, clarity and resilience can return naturally. It’s about learning how to listen, respond and support your nervous system in the way it has always needed.

Approach

This programme is tailored to you – your history, your stress patterns and your pace. There is no fixed protocol. Sessions evolve in response to you – ensuring the work remains responsive, personalised and deeply attuned. The programme is trauma-informed, experiential and body-led. Practices are introduced slowly, gently and with care, meeting your nervous system where it is.

Female Centred

My work is deeply centred around the female body. This programme respects its rhythms. its sensitivity and its intelligence. Women’s bodies are not designed to be pushed, overridden or treated as smaller versions of men, and healing cannot be approached that way either.

Support

This level of support is rare. Face-to-face sessions are bolstered by full wrap-around support because the real work happens in real time – when you’re at home, on the school run or about to walk in to a difficult meeting.

Focus
